I can not really express how grateful I am to both Denzel and Colin at Bairstow Eve's Tottenham, for their help and support throughout my sale process. The quality in their customer care is second to none. I always felt informed every step of the way, and relied upon their daily/weekly updates to know where things were at each stage of the sale. They acted better than what I was experiencing from my solicitor! If it was not for them I think I would have had a really terrible experience, as I did with my conveyancer unfortunately. But the services received by Bairstow Eve's helped to reassure me when I was feeling low and frustrated. I would highly highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a quick and efficient service. They make you feel valued as a client and nothing is too much to ask. I had to give 1 star to write this review but to be completely honest they do not even warrant 1 star in my experience. Tried to sell my property with these agents and was a complete waste of time. They considerably overvalued the sale price to entice you to sign with them within two weeks it was dropped 50,000. After 6 months of no reasonable offers I took it to a professional, honest agents who sold it in 2 weeks. Would definitely not recommend these agents if you want to sell your house.NegativeQuality

From the outset I was impressed with the pride and enthusiasm of Colin and his manager Denzel with their company . I was made to feel at ease with my concerns about the housing market at the time. They were both very amenable and professional. What impressed me most was that I was made to feel as though the sale of the property was of paramount concern for them. They showed a genuine interest in my personal circumstances around the property sale. At no time at all was I given the impression that they were just interested in their commission. No shows for viewings I arranged a viewing of a property through Bairstow Eves 5 days in advance and received an email confirming the appointment, however no one showed up. I also didn't receive an email or call informing me that no one would be available for the viewing. I also called the office twice and left two voice messages but no one got back to me straight away. They are totally unprofessional and have very bad customer service.
