GoogleTim and Nasia both helped me with the sale of my flat and I have to say that I've been impressed. They have been attentive, informative and have worked really hard all the way through the process. One thing that has stood out dealing with Anthony Pepe is the level of good consistent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe and would certainly use them again.

GoogleDespite a dreadful process (months of delay, not being able to complete the transaction on the agreed date etc), in fairness, it's not Anthony Pepe's fault, they did try their best to push things along, trying their best within their ability to try to complete on the agreed date.

With lots of hurdles and unexpected problems throughout, she chased other parties continuously to ensure the process kept moving and she was always swift to respond to email and contacted us regularly by phone to check in. She was the most positive part of our first time buying experience!

As estate agents go, they are the lowest of the low. Aggressive, pushy and rude, they seem to be lying to the vendor as well as the buyer. I had to pull out of a deal arranged through them because of their inability to get the dialogue between the two interested parties going. Stay away and let some other agent make the money on your property.
