GoogleI have to say that Stephanie from Anthony Pepe has been absolutely wonderful. She's been really fast, responsive and very helpful in communications. Especially after I had spoken to extreamly rude man on the phone that didn't want to help me at all, even though I was stil under a one year contract I had signed and payed a lot of money for. An expeience can be really different with depending on who you talk to. I'd recomend you try to have Stephanie as a point of contact if you are signing up with Anthony Pepe.

GoogleAfter almost a year of unsuccessfully trying to sell our property, in which we moved between three key local estate agencies, we eventually signed with a fourth, Anthony Pepe, who genuinely proved to be more proactive, efficient and sincere than all the previous three combined. The sense of having a team there, all genuinely pushing for us was clearly palpable, and ultimately when it came to getting results they more than delivered - constantly finding and bringing viewing parties to the property and securing buyers. When one buyer fell through they went out of their way to replace them, which they did quickly, ensuring that we did not lose our dream home at the other end of the chain. Customer service was second to none and we never ever felt ignored or that we weren't anything other than a top priority for the team at all times. Everyone worked very hard for us but Aaron Gardener in particular was a pleasure to deal with - we owe him everything! highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with the Harringay branch of Anthony Pepe. They were really excellent. Nasia managed the listing and viewings for our flat. She was really helpful and managed to get it listed within a few days. We also had accepted an offer within a week of the flat going online. This was great for us as we had already found a house that we like and so helped us make sure we didn't miss out on our house. Mina managed the further aspects of the sale. He was really excellent and regularly updated us. He was great at following up all the different members of the chain. Overall, we would highly recommend Anthony Pepe Harringay branch. Thank you!

GoogleDuring the sale process, I have interacted with multiple members of staff, last but not least, Andy Loizou. Cannot credit him highly enough for his knowledge, efficiency, helpfulness and friendly demeanour. Overall I have really had a very positive experience with AP and would certainly recommend their services. Coming from someone who is a stickler for good customer service that's high praise indeed!

GoogleOur first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon

GoogleI had LOTS of bad experiences with estate agents in both London and New York in the past. so going into a sale of my own property, i was dreading the prospects, and was planning to interview and advertise with multiple agents, especially since my situation was very challenging and i needed to sell fast, having to move to another continent very quickly and put my home on the market and trust the agents to resolve it for me while being so far away. But i was lucky that the first agent i met was Tim, who impressed me not only by his knowledge, but also sophistication in behavior that gave me the confidence to choose Anthony Peppe as my sole agent and completely entrust the process to Tim while i already moved out of the country. On top of this, my buyer was also a very nice person, but had a very slow lawyer, so there was lots of uncertainty for me whether they would go through causing some stress... During this whole process Tim managed all sides very professionally and tactfully, with lots of sensibility and intelligence. AP were very efficient from the beginning, organizing very high quality photography and advertising for my apartment and were very responsive during the whole process. I can offer only my highest recommendation for Tim and AP they strike me as way above the standard of London estate agents i worked with in the past...

All the places they showed me were very suited and Andy my agent was very helpful and patient throughout the buying process. I will recommend to anybody starting they're buying process.
