Terrible agency, would not recommend. Impossible to contact them, solving issue in the property very late, you have to chase them every day, still takes ages to deal with it... and the lady works there is so rude, you are talkijg to her but she does not even listening to you...

My experience leads me to believe this company tell lies and don't actually understand the law. Despite explaining the law to them (which any idiot should be able to establish) and whilst agreeing actions they were responsible for were unacceptable, still carry on breaking them! Speaks volumes!
