GoogleThey will try desperately to coerce you into accepting a tenancy, knowing that because they don't require any up-front moving-in costs-they're half way to pulling the wool over your eyes, as a recent experience proved. The place was freezing, and even an oil-drum filled to the brim with continuous hot burning coal, would even have had trouble keeping the place heated just to a moderate temperature. In addition to a number of repairs that were outstanding, I had also to persevere on a daily basis, the loud and unceasing verbal nuisance of the other pot-smoking tenants, who only appeared in the evenings to repeat the same ritual as the night before. All this, on top of very narrowly escaping pneumonia. Having to flee the Godforsaken place at a moments notice, I lost all my possessions, and instead of opting for being driven completely insane-ended up homeless, thanks to these money-loving frauds called AMPM ESTATES.

GoogleThis landlord will not do any repairs that is reported to them. They allow ex junkie tenants to kick in all the doors and use the property as a drug den. It makes everyone's life a misery. Really really bad. Can't add photos of our constantly damaged door. Unfortunately.

GoogleI've just put my months notice in all the bad reviews are so true all I've read I've experienced I've got rats coming in building didn't want to know or do anything about the problems so I at to involve the council damp every where didn't want to know or do anything about it any maintenance work done for get it all they want is your money they have to be the worst landlords out there ever there money mad when you call them cant get hold of anyone if leave a message dont return calls you email them they shut down they may blame covid for this but cant as in 4 years being with them been same all the years I'm fed up please read this and dont make same mistake I did in going with ampm

GoogleYou can not even contact with the lanlord over problems in the house.they only care to take your money and provide no service.to talk with am pm estates you got to make appoinntment to their office which you have to walk in but still there is no contact number to make appointment.such 21 century service.
