I first thought it was just a matter of only filler, but arranged by Cust Care Co-ord Claire, Ben worked hard and methodically scraped off loose deep plaster and used binding tape/PVA etc to make good a long crack (due to settling on new-build), on a ceiling abutting a newel post. Did an excellent job, now just awaiting drying/painting.Hope I get him again on other jobs if ever needed !

Michael Chapman came to fix the silicone in multiple places for us today. He did excellent job, I am very happy with his work. Besides replacing the silicone, he needs to paint the wall and he also helped to fix the bathroom glass screen not fit. He will check with me after finishing the work. He helped to contact customer team to fix the worktop joint once got my feedback. Thanks for his hard work and long hours spent to get everything done perfectly.

Had a pleasant experience from Hill on a repair on our bathroom flooring and bath sealant. The engineer Alan Deadman who made the repair was really friendly and helpful. He investigated the issue further to check for any dampness and recommended that we monitor an issue and book in another appointment with Hill, when it would’ve been easier to simply ignore the issue and risk it potentially getting worse.

Hill Operators (Peter Miller & Paul Coppen) attended today to tackle a massive task which was the re-painting of the majority of the house post plaster board snag fixes. Despite the scale of the task, these two gentlemen just cracked on with a smile and an upbeat attitude. They both did a cracking job and were efficient too! Well done gents.

I wrote a formal complaint to Hill’s customer service email address re air ingress via the Louvre into my guest room. No acknowledgement from them so far and no follow up re this defective. A hopeless customer service team.
