For example, they were very through when marketing for new tenants and performing the admin work for each new tenancy. Then during each tenancy they always responded efficiently to any matters which arose.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Shockingly bad company. They do not give pence for the tenants, and what an acceptably rentable property should be. Standards do not exist as far as they're concerned. The Banchory office is the worst, and cut costs for the sake of simple safety and liveable standards.

The letting team at Gerrards Cross - Charlotte, Trish and Katie - were able to find replacement tenants very quickly in April when my original tenant was made redundant due to Covid-19 and had to give up the property.
