We purchased our house at Cavendish Grange over a year ago.We found the whole sales process very professional and efficient and used a Conveyancer recommended by Jones Homes who proved to be very good. The house has met all our expectations and all early snagging was dealt with in a timely manner. Any other issues we had were dealt with by Customer Care very efficiently. We would recommend a Jones Home.

If I could choose ZERO stars I would ! Jones Homes have caused me and my family nothing but stress. Poor service! Most unprofessional company !They have no care in the world for their customers and like to move at their own paste no mater the impact on their clients. I repeat, WORST COMPANY EVER !

Jones Homes Apply for Insolvency ProtectionAfter taking Jones Homes to the small claims court to try and get back them to pay for the remedial work on the brick work that was so shockingly bad i had to have it redone. Just found out that jones homes have applied for Insolvency - don't give them any money they are pretending to be or are actually bankrupt

Where do I start haven’t moved in yet had so many dates no costumer service had to call so many times to be told it’s going to be delayed house had a roof on it before next door had been built yet they are all moved in don’t truss them

Can’t praise the sales and site team highly enough. Nothing but professional and helpful throughout our purchase.The specification is like nothing else in the area.The show homes look wonderful, but there are a few cosmetic snags still to tidy up still but I’m sure that will be done in no time.It’s a beautiful position on the edge of Kendal, soooooo happy 😃
