GoogleFrom the first day of viewing the property, within a week myself and my daughter moved in. The staff are absolutely amazing. Emma has been brilliant, always keeping us updated with the moving in process. She also has brilliant staff that are always polite and very helpful when you call them. They are all very professional and very friendly and make you feel welcome when you call If there is a problem, they are always quick to respond and very prompt in getting the problem sorted.

The worst Estate Agents I’ve ever known. There was very little communication unless I phoned them. Because my solicitor made phone calls to Turners my legal bill was higher than it should have been. Turners did not deserve the commission charged. Would not recommend them to anyone

We were surprised to read your review as we feel our service more than justified our fee. Firstly, we negotiated a sale at asking price after being on the market for just a few days, which was the highest sales price achieved for any comparable property in your road. Secondly, Wendy spent hours progressing the sale, and giving updates twice weekly, despite you hanging the phone up twice on her and clearly not appreciating her hard work. Selling properties is a two way relationship which requires us working together. Unfortunately your attitude throughout the process resulted in you being one of the most difficult vendors we've had to deal with.

I had an extremely bad experience with this company that blatantly takes advantage of customers. As a student, I was relying on their professionalism, but my time was completely wasted. I was told the property was available, and after a visit the same day, I confirmed my interest over the phone and provided all my details over email. Now, the management claims they have given the property to someone else! This is the height of carelessness and irresponsibility. This is not just about wasted time, the turners kept me hanging with no proper communication at all. Now, I face significant difficulties in finding housing. The superiors need to look into this matter immediately. Avoid this company at all costs.

GoogleI would not recommend these to anyone. Very upsetting dealings with them. One viewing a week on my property is classed as really good by Turner's. Don't fall for the patter about them letting you out of a contract early if you are not happy as they won't nor will they tolerate an constructive criticism. Plenty of other local estate agents in Hamworthy.
