Then when we had arranged everything for our move, booked movers, redirected post started packing and so forth we were informed that actually with 6 days to go before we moved that it was being put back as they had not checked the date with the vendors and that they were away and not in the country. Unprofessional is the politest word I will use.

We were very disappointed to have read your review. We take all feedback very seriously and would like to look into the concerns you have raised.
We understand that you were purchasing a property in a chain through another estate agent and this information was never provided to you from us at Jezzards but by them. Having reviewed the calls and emails between us and them, I believe you may have been mislead along the process by them. If you had contacted us directly we would have always advised you of this. I was also surprised as it is your solicitor who will be involved in setting exchange and completion dates and not us as estate agents as it is a part of the conveyancing process. It’s their obligation to advise you of the risks of paying for services before a property exchanges as would we. All we can do is check with the parties that the dates proposed are acceptable which we did and advised they were not for our client.
As we did not have any contact with you throughout the process and as it was your estate agent who advised you of this information, we strongly recommend that you contact them and raise your concerns with them directly as it was them who have clearly advised you falsely.
Should you wish to discuss this matter with a member of our team, please contact our Head Office on customer.service@jezzards.co.uk or call us on 03330 433 633 we will be more than happy to assist you collating the information you require to complain to the estate agent you purchased the property from or whoever it was that advised you that information was provided by us as this was not the case.

GoogleI have just bought a house from Jezzards Hampton, I was extremely impressed with the service. Georgia handled the sale from start to finish, I have no doubt that she was the reason the purchase was so smooth and quick (we saw the advert for the house in November 2015 and had the keys in January 2016!). She would liase very well between myself, vendor and the solicitors, and always tried to help us as much as possible. I found her very friendly and easy to talk to. Victoria from the same office was also very kind to drive our signed contract all the way to our solicitors in Hayes to ensure we could complete within the same day.
From speaking to others who have recently bought houses it sounds like purchasing a house is supposed to be a very stressful experience and as a first time buyer I was worried about this, but my experience with Jezzards Hampton was great so I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleIn a very short time, Ross helped me to sell my property with more price than I was expecting. I contacted Ross over the website and I liked his positive attitude and self confidence. As a estate agent, Ross was very flexible and creative on how he maketed my flat.
He was very friendly and supported me from the day One till I sold my flat.
During the sale process, I was updated with every news about the current status by either him or his team mates.
I got the offer for my flat in less than a week with only one open day. Ross organized the open day and invited all his clients in very short time and done excellent job. He interacted with all the viewers individually and understood their requirements and accepted the offers from only the real buyers, which helped me alot to quick the sale process.
My flat was sold in less then 2 months, including the exchange of contract which was amazing, and all the process went smoothly without any issues.

GoogleRoss and Vicki make an amazing team and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I have had a huge amount of dealings with them both recently and they have been above all honest, (whether I liked it or not), straight talking, amazingly efficient, professional, kind (unheard of normally), extremely hard working and I mean EXTREMELY hard working (I know - these guys are estate agents), available around the clock (responding to emails at 7.30am on a Sunday morning when I wasn't expecting to hear from the until Monday), they are in the office early (when I can talk) and there late for those irritating questions....and I had many, they are calm (vital) and most important in my eyes - I like them both very much!
The best way I can describe them is to think of two estate agents and then imagine completely the polar opposite and that, I think, describes Ross and Vicki....everything you don't expect from an estate agent. It has been and continues to be an absolute pleasure to work with them, knowing they are watching my back and supporting me every step of the way.
If you are thinking of selling, letting or buying - go no further.....you will not be disappointed, in fact I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised!

We wholeheartedly recommend Jezzards to other people looking to sell or rent their homes.
My wife and I were apprehensive about selling our house through a high street agent, and considered using an online agent. Mainly we were worried about the cost of an agent, and of not actually getting a good service from them. But we also knew there was a risk that an online agent, although much cheaper, would not generate enough viewings and offers, resulting in a weak sale price.
We got quotes and valuations from several high street agents, but didn’t feel confortable with any of them.
However, Jezzards were very professional, but at the same time were also genuine and sincere, and did not come across in the stereotypical estate agent manner. They are hard working, stay in regular communication, and listen to customers needs.
Our property was expertly marketed, and Jezzards staff held a successful open house event. We were then supported all along the way by the team to negotiate offers, validate prospective buyers, and also during the (stressful!) conveyancing process to completion.
Thank you Ross and the team for helping our family to move on to the next exciting chapter!
If you are considering selling your home, but are wary of all the usual ‘blah blah blah’ that you get from a lot of agents, as well as the high cost!, then definitely check out Jezzards, who will give you a great service and money well spent.
Selling your house is one of the biggest and stressful things you can do. We are so happy that we chose Jezzards to market our home that we loved so much. The whole process was made easier, more manageable, and less stressful.

We have looked in to the matter and it appears though the seller withdrew from the sale as they accepted a lower price with you based on a 3 week completion but you were unable to commit as you you only instructed your solicitor after the second week. GoogleAfter being given a reference by Jezzards for paying our rent late on a couple of occasions, due to living in a house deemed unfit for purpose by Environmental Health. (27 Belgrade Road BTW) Jezzards still haven't returned our deposit almost a month on. What a Joke! So sick and tired of being treated like dirt from the agents and the landlord! The landlord was also fined by the EA for failing to uphold repairs to the property in the given timeframe! Thank goodness for Google and the ability to review such appalling service all round.
