GoogleWorst agency ever! Do not rent from Dexters Hampton! They are extremely dodgy. Overall run from renting any Flat at The Old George in Lower Sunbury, they sell the property as high standard but once you are living here you realise this is the hell! They took advantage of our rush to find a place for living because I was 8 months pregnant and we needed to move from our studio flat before I was due. The Landord Frances Carey doesn't want to face any problem and she pretend to be travelling all the time. The property The old George has a plage of false widow spiders from spring to autum in the north side so be prepared to contract someone every season because the landlord doesn't take care of anything; the ground has large slopes making us change the mattress 6 times in 2 years as it gets deformed because of the faulty floor; the walls are only painted with the prime so in the moment you touch it the paint is coming out; also the noise road doesn't let you sleep properly and every time a truck are passing by the road the house shakes and it make you feel so unsafe. The area is not good for children, we have found drugs ( spun with burnt heroine) on the door of the old George and right behind of the building there's a big comunity of council houses.... we have seen a man beating a woman and a girl looking at it shocked. Every neighbour that has rent a flat in the old George has have problems with Dexters Hampton and the landlady, And they have left the property before the ending of their contracts benefiting only the landlord who's is keeping the money of honest and hard working people even with babies. My only advise guys is run far far away from Dexters Hampton and overall Do not rent at The Old George, your lives will turn miserable.

We felt he had an in-depth understanding of the market, and had compelling comparables of nearby properties to grasp a true sense of our house's worth. No selling took place, he listened and freely shared relevant property news that would help us make the best informed decisions for when we are ready.
