GoogleWe had been thinking about moving for some time, and after viewing a property that wasn’t quite right for our needs our agent that day Martin English after enquiring about our jobs put forward a property nearby that he felt would be more suited to our needs knowing we where a builder and interior designer. From this brief introduction it lead us to finding our dream home and will be forever grateful. From that point forward Ryan Walker and Anne Marie Desborough have guided us through the full experience with regular feedback making the experience as easy as possible. Ryan has visited the property with us on three occasions and been ready on hand to answer any questions and regularly checking in with us. Anne Marie has also kept in touch to make sure all the parties are working together to meet the required deadlines which has been extremely helpful. In a time when people are very quick to complain and often very slow to praise I take the view that good service should be recognised. And promptly. GoogleAlthough we didn't end up buying via Dexters Hampton, we thoroughly enjoyed having Martin as our contact during our house search. He really understood what we were looking for, sent us applicable links to potential options and was informative and professional during house visits. He was the perfect mix of personable and knowledgable and would certainly get back in touch in the future when we come to sell and buy again. 5 star customer service for sure and he was genuinely please for us to be in our new home - really hope we bump into him one day after lockdown in our new local area to say thanks in person!

The process is still ongoing, but they have been very professional and a great client oriented service model it seems. It took one conversation for them to understand the type of houses we’d be interested in, considering our criteria is a little nuanced. But so far all their recommendations have been spot on and we’ve had and still are having a pleasant experience, in what is typically a lengthy and uncomfortable journey. GoogleVery impressed with the service from Dexters. I cannot fault them - they are like a mighty selling machine! They started off with invaluable advice on getting my house ready for the market and even putting me in touch with their contractors, to literally photographing it, getting it on the web, marketing and lining up 10 viewings within a week. At every step they have communicated with me and given me so much advice.... plus they are just a lovely team to deal with! They have made a stressful process very easy and enjoyable and feel like I am in good hands. This is a very different experience to selling 10 years ago and its good to know that your estate agent is working with you. Commission very well spent! Thank you Dexters Hampton!

Compared to the other agents they offered a much better service, bigger team and were very professional. Toby really gave me confidence in their ability and knowledge of the market.
