They found us a good range of serious buyers very quickly which resulted in a number of offers and we achieved our asking price within a couple of weeks of going on the market. The team were always cheerful, friendly and responsive. When we hit some legal complications as the sale progressed, the senior staff at the branch were very hands-on making sure that our buyers and ourselves were kept up to speed and reassured everyone involved that the problems could be resolved.
