She asked my requirements down to the last nut and bolt and was especially informative about the schools and transport links. Found us three amazing houses and has been understanding about me working away so has updated me regularly on availability. GoogleThe house sale process was made easy throughout, the advice was clear and communication at each stage was very good with regular updates on progress. We were kept updated as to who would be viewing the house and when. All the people I dealt with were helpful and personable. My only other comment is that different people were the contact point at different times which was a function of the holiday period which I understand but not ideal.

She called us an hour beforehand to confirm the viewing which was reassuring as we’d traveled a long way to do viewing. Jessie has a very gentle manner which is lovely.
