After three months we finally got the deposit back from TDS by filing a dispute against this agency..The adjudicator decided that they were charging two to three times of the deposit than they deserve. We also realised that they are arbitrarily and unlawfully charging a 'checkout fee'. This is deemed unlawful regardless what they forced us to sign. The checkout fee was refunded per the adjudicator's request. Yes.. they will bombard all your coms to pressure you into buying, paying, signing, and the worst part, by twisting the actual laws and regulations against you. Please remain calm, and seek legal help if you feel like that you have been coerced by them. Do not waste more time trying to talk sense with them. As you read their replies here on trustpilot, they never sincerely apologized for anything or admit they did anything wrong. Regarding to the conduct of the agent we are currently preparing a lawsuit. We believe in justice, and would not stop until justice is served.

Since I’ve moved into my apartment ten years ago, I’ve had an array of different managing agents, that weren’t that efficient. However, when Denisa Markusekova became the managing agent for my property, things changed completely. She is so efficient, and is always on standby to solve any problems with the property. She puts her utmost effort into ensuring that both the tenants and landlords are looked after completely. I have always had full faith in her work. She has sorted so many problems in my flat, from plumbing issues, to furniture replacements, etc, in the most timely manner. I have never had to worry at all. She is a huge asset to Benham and Reeves - and I probably wouldn’t have stayed in this property if it weren’t for her. Sarah,Tenant at cameret court.

Rented a flat with them. It took Benham and Reeves more than 2 months to reimburse my deposit after many emails. The accounting department made a lot of mistakes and information communicated to me was erroneous (miscommunication as they would call it) which eventually cost me half a month rent. Would not trust them for any transaction

I was looking for a flat to rent with very specific requirement. I found a property online, reached-out to B&R and got connected to Abbie White. She understood my requirement very well and shared exact suitable options for me. I choose an option which was coming to market soon as a result there was lack of info available at the time of enquiry. With her great communication skills she made sure that I was always up-to date with latest information. GoogleWritten on behalf of my wife. I cannot praise Abbie White enough. She is being fantastic in helping me with the process of renting a flat for my daughter and her friend. Abbie always replies swiftly and has gone above and beyond in assisting with any questions and issues, negotiating with the landlord and referencing agency when needed. Having had 4 years of shockingly bad service from other letting agents, Abbie has me realise that not all letting agents are the same. I am so relieved to know my daughter will be taken care of when she moves in to her new flat next month.
