I saw a few different properties with them before buying one Imogen suggested I view, which I might not have looked at otherwise. Happily arranged repeat viewings and were very interactive and kept in touch.
Going the extra mile for things like reading the meters before I moved in and arranging for roofers to be able to access the property pre purchase was very helpful.
Imogen was great and was who I mostly dealt with helped by Sam with Robyne joining in as the sale went through. Sue was always happy to speak in the office if I popped in even if no one else was around.

The people at the Ringwood office seem to be incapable of replying to emails, phone messages etc. If I were trying to sell my property they would be the very last company i would use.
