I am using Crest Nicholson based at Union Place in the Monksmoor estate in Daventry as a first time buyer. My experience to date has been fantastic. A really friendly, helpful team and I've had everything explained to me clearly by Becky. Would highly recommend them to others

TrustpilotStay away from Crest homes
Incompetent builders who rush homes and leave you battling four water leaks in eight months (amongst many, many other issues). Absolutely no care or urgency to help you get anything fixed. Despite constant reminders that their homes are “finished to the highest standards”, I’m yet to see any evidence of this. Our new home experience has been completely ruined.

Bought a house on the Faringdon fields site. All I can say is dreadful. House has had numerous issues which Crest have done their best to avoid fixing. Been in house 15 months and we still have numerous issues. Avoid this builder like the plague unless you love stress and worry.

Sadly a very sad and unfortunate experience with crest at Bournville. Delayed by 6 months, once moved in the flooring had come apart due to cement not dried out with too much moisture in the air. Paid for an integrated washer and dryer to find an end of line washing machine placed without instructions. NEVER BUY THEIR PROPERTIES. Absolute nightmare and stress!!!!!

We have recently purchased the property built by Crest Nicholson at Lancaster Grange Development and the service we have received has been amazing from start to finish. The property has been finished to a very high standard and the small amount of snagging that was required was dealt with very promptly. I would happily recommend Crest Nicholson properties to anyone.

Great customer service ,very nice and high quality building ,we had a long way to move to our new built house from Crest Nicholson in Bristol ,only one point down because the plan on the website did not match the two plans of the semi-detached houses and we find out late !

GoogleA dull concrete/steel development which whilst it may have a few ok restaurants is for the most part bland and incipid. One very badly designed lift from shoreline and indoor car park to main concrete concourse. Indoor car park very badly designed. The 'road' arrows inside the car park misleading. Disabled "open door" button on the wrong side of a pedestrian ramp!
