They made the process of selling and buying easy, always responding quickly to questions and issues and always feeling like they were on top of what was happening. The benefit of Burkmars is the customer service you can’t see when you choose an agent, but which is invaluable during an inevitably complicated house purchase sale. From the outset, Michael, Hugh and Ellen demonstrated professionalism, expertise and a genuine commitment ensuring the process went smoothly. The team was always positive, responsive and approachable and whilst we were unfortunate not to complete on a few of the prospective buyers, we never had any doubt that the Burkmars team would deliver for us. We never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions and when our chain was completed things progressed well and quickly. Thanks Michael and team, mum and dad would have been very pleased.

GoogleThe team at Burkmars provided an excellent service when I sold my property in January 2023. The team is highly professional, courteous and so helpful. They answered my queries quickly and no question was too much trouble. Their advice in preparing the property for sale was invaluable, as was every member of the team's genuine knowledge and experience of the property market in the Lymington area. Their valuation was fair; not inflated to convince me that they were the agency to use!! It was a pleasure to use a local, privately owned business and I would not go anywhere else if I have a property to sell in future. Many thanks to Steve, Michael & Hugh.

GoogleAfter viewing a few houses that were listed by Burkmars and being impressed by the professionalism we decided to sell our property through Burkmars, it was definitely the right decision, not selling or buying a house before we were rather nervous but thankfully we chose the right estate agent and we were looked after all the way through the process, Hugh gave us a valuation, Michael did the photos and listing and Ellen, Pam and Hugh did the viewings, Hugh got us a realistic price for our house and negotiated a good price for the house of which we were interested, the whole conveyancing process with the solicitors took a while but luckily we had Hugh who was there for the whole process to reassure us and even helped negotiate a suitable completion date so we could exchange contracts, we are so pleased we chose Burkmars and we are sure we wouldn’t have got through the process using any other Estate Agent.

The initial visit from Michael was very helpful to help me see the home from a buyers perspective.
