GoogleWe had a great experience with Bas and the team at Strutt & Parker when looking to rent our first property in London. Bas was very responsive at getting back to us on all our queries, and ensured that our rental check process was completed expeditiously. As the flat had been extensively renovated prior to us moving in, there was a period of snag rectification, which Alastair sorted out quickly for us. We are very happy in our new home!

GoogleTalisa Wilmot expertly drove the sale of our property in Fulham. She was professional and proactive throughout the process. During the most vital stages, I was working in Malaysia for over a month and Talisa managed all the negotiations and then ongoing discussions with the solicitors in addition to the managing agent plus letting agent on our sale. In my opinion Strutt and Parker, in particular Talisa, should be top of the list for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in SW6. Talisa is a rock star!

GoogleI've had a brilliant experience with Talisa Wilmot from Strutt and Parker Fulham office. From the first viewing, Talisa went over and above to ensure that I was given all the help and information I needed. She consistently delivered more than asked for and was calm, professional and thorough throughout the whole process. She managed all the negotiations and then ongoing discussions with the solicitors including the agents on my sale with a level head, and kept the process as stress free as she could. I was highly impressed by her knowledge of the surrounding properties, prices and roads in the area, and her ability to remain calm and unflappable even when put under pressure towards the time of the agreed exchange date. Her level of attention to detail was excellent and it was so reassuring to have her as a sounding board during the process. Thanks Talisa!

GoogleS&P nailed it. Barclay was our initial intro and provided a great guide to what we should do (unfortunately another local agent had not performed). Then SUPER Alice got involved. She secured an offer in days and then expertly managed ourselves and the buyer (and all other related parties!). Very professional, highly responsive, obviously experienced but with the EQ to match. Would highly recommend.
