Bad business in general

Bad business in general, they do not have any customer support and never reply to enquiries. I honestly do not understand how they operate their business with such behavior. However, the search engine is good, especially that you can look for specific criteria and view all properties on the map.

Highly inaccurate valuations

Zoopla’s house prices on there web site are so inaccurate it’s ridiculous. It’s all a big con to try to get you to contact them.

Neil · 25 March 2026

Agent replied · 25 May 2026

Hi Neil, Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear you feel this way about our valuation model. The Zoopla house price estimate is based on data fed through an automated valuation model (AVM), which analyses property information on all 29 million UK homes on a continuous basis. Our data comes from multiple sources based on a number of data points relating to property sales, values and home characteristics throughout the UK, including publicly available data such as that from HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland. The accuracy of Zoopla estimates is influenced by a number of factors such as the current market values of homes, the quality of the information available on the given property and the availability of comparable properties in the area. This means that unique properties or those where the housing market is slower, may experience less accurate estimates. We receive new data all the time and above-average variations will be largely a result of changing property characteristics and the comparability of the property to the local market. Therefore, discrepancies and/or increases or decreases such as you have outlined are not unusual. Here is a Help Centre article that will give you more information on where we get our data from: https://help.zoopla.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360005677897 Many thanks, Zoopla Support

Zoopla Drowning Users in Spam , No Way To Stop It

Zoopla has completely lost control over spam emails. I only signed up to get alerts for office listings in London, but now I receive 50, 60 junk emails every single day, mostly from one company called "Ask Asif". It’s absolutely out of control.

have been a Zoopla customer for several years, but recently I’ve been trying to cancel my membership, and unfortunately, no one has responded to my requests. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional, and I’m very dissatisfied with the service. It seems no one is able (or willing) to explain how to properly terminate the agreement. How convenient.

Zoopla haven’t got a clue!

Zoopla haven’t got a clue! They valued my house reasonably closely to the real value. Then next door (we are a semi) was sold for around 20% more than the Zoopla valuation. Then Zoopla more than halved the value of our property. Twelve months on they have removed our valuation because they say they have nothing to base it on!
