Worst experience for renting, asking for 6 months rent 3 months before moving in date, then asking to pay 2 months in advance for rent throughout the rest of tenancy, it was never agreed, it was added to the contract in small print only realised after.

Googlei have nothing but positive comments to make about Marsh & Parsons in Fulham. The staff we dealt with were extremely professional, reliable , honest and trustworthy. They took care of everything to do with the sale of our house. They were friendly, and kept us informed of any developments. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house with the minimum amount of stress and hassle.

The worst Estate agents. Not only they lie to their applicants making false promises on behalf of their landlords so they can secure a tenancy- they DO NOT run thorough checks on their applicants resulting in them introducing sub lettors!!!!! Just as long as they get their commission.

GoogleHaving used several agents across West London, Alasdair from Marsh & Parsons is our top choice. Sadly we didn't get our property through him, but his attention to detail and efforts in meeting our needs, even when we had very specific requests, was so far above and beyond any other agent we dealt with, a real stand out. We'll be back for our next property search!

Marsh and Parsons sent me JUNK MAIL and made me pay for it!! I received a letter stating I needed to pay the postage for an unidentified letter. I paid the amount and then received the letter to see that it’s solicitation for business! Are you joking me??!!

They hired a contractor to fix a leak who flooded my flat rendering it uninhabitable. When I complained they said they had ‘no liability for the actions of third party contractors’. I still can’t use my flat. It’s no wonder Marsh and Parsons have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Nice & friendly until you sign the contract (Tenant) and after that just delays upon delays upon delays. Lots of faffing around and little of actually doing anything. Utterly ignored when trying to get our deposit back, dispute in progress. Avoid like a plague if you can.
