I have had my BTL flat managed via KFH Chiswlck for almost 10 years now. I have so far never had problem tenants and in return I have never been a problem landlord.

In many circumstances, stand by seller’s side and not very responsive on emails, which is understandable because they were appointed by the seller. However, the rights and requests of the buyer should not be neglected.
