A god professional service. My only criticism was that I was advised at the beginning that it wouldn't be worth putting in a new kitchen and bathroom. I think that was the wrong advice, and that if I had modernised them, it would have sold faster and at a significantly higher price.

Have posted before regarding management issues. Avoid at all costs- deplorable client service regarding property management.Seem to think that we are the ‘little people’ of no consequence. Cannot believe that KFH allowed to practice in the current climate. Shame on them!

GoogleWe moved across to KFH last October from another agent who were mucking us around. Ricco and Meagan have be great from the start, keeping informed of potential tenants etc. They're always easily available to ask advice and we would thoroughly reccomend KFH for that one reason. Neil S
