TrustpilotKFH in Kennington
KFH in Kennington, Roxanne and Jesse in particular, went the extra mile finding new tenants and setting up the tenancy. They are always friendly. When time was short both Jesse and Roxanne contacted me with a hugely helpful initiative.

TrustpilotTenant found against a tight deadline
Very helpful in finding us a tenant within a limited period. Also protected us against a doubtful applicant. It might be helpful to offer tenants a walk-round their new rental to understand how everything works.

GoogleAs a family we have two properties in Fulham for last few years. There are lots of rental properties in Fulham hence tough market for landlords. Despite this KFH has always managed to find tenants back to back. Recently they secured a 2 year tenancy agreement which is very good in the current market. I have always found the staff very helpful with a professional approach.
