Whilst the staff have very clear strategies to follow there communication skills needs a great deal of improvement.However, with patience and persistence the barriers are broken down and the right resolutions are found to the satisfaction of all parties

We signed an agreement with KFH in August for letting of our apartment. The initial response was excellent. Ben Rayner was the contact person and he was very cooperative. Tenants were found and they moved in the property on 9th Oct. Since then, the service provided by KFH is disappointing. We were repeatedly asked for provision of sofa which we mentioned will take two weeks even before the tenants moved in. Now i am waiting for the Council tax to be transferred to the tenants name but still it is being deducted on 1st Dec from my account Same is the matter with utilities. I e mailed Sophia Tobin on 17th Nov to sort this issue out but received an automated reply that she is out of office and will be back on 22nd Feb.2022 Does that mean that for next three months no one would look after her work and look at the issues raised by clients.I would expect some one from the office to contact me and let me know what is happening about council tax and utility bills. I hope this will explain my dismay and the poor evaluation.

I would have given a 5 star rating if only the South Kensington office was involved in the recent renewal, because they are excellent and always have been. But I think it was a mistake for KFH to form a separate "renewals" department located in Wimbledon. In my mind this caused a duplication of efforts and and is inefficient, in that it takes the management and local intelligence away from the "front line", and necessitates the landlord to deal with two different KFH departments. That is why I gave only a "4 star" rating to KFH as a whole.

I would like to say a big thank you to Victoria and Natalie who, as usual, have bee very helpful and professional helping to find tenants. Also, if I have needed advice on anything they have always been there with up to date legislation rules and regulations and general advise. The staff at KFH always go the extra mile to help. I have been dealing with KFH for 20 years and have never been disappointed with their work ethics.

Rianna Watson is very rude, she does not respond to emails or assist those who ask for help, she was horrible over the phone and lacks basic manners. Why hire someone who can’t even communicate with clients. We’ve had a horrible experience.

I used the Clapham brand of KFH to sell my Flat and had Aarti Chohan as my agent and sales progresser, who was fantastic. The sale was littered with issues from the buyer but Aarti was always on hand to speak to, was very quick at coming back to messages & emails and I felt that she really trusted agent throughout.
