As a buyer - entered me in a contract race without my knowledge.As a landlord - asked for a reference, link was dud but they said it was fine and completed, so don't trust their referencing process.

Disgraceful way treating potential customers! Avoid! Am surprised higher management employ these bunch of immature muppets! Try to intimidate you and think they can speak to you however they like. You seriously need to get some training in customer service. Stay well clear of Dexters Twick!

TrustpilotReporting a health and safety issue to my local council's environmental health department
My landlord is failing to ensure the property is properly heated, and Dexters Bayswater, which agreed to intermediate all communications with my landlord, doesn't reply to my emails. Now, my only solution is to report the situation to my local council's environmental health department.
