Prompt, on the ball, responsive and helpful throughout our sales process. Avni in particular was meticulous in helping us close our sale, and was on top of every detail. We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.
