The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

GoogleI sold my flat with Dexters Shepherd's Bush, and they have been wonderful throughout. The team worked effectively together and kept me updated every week. After finding a buyer, Oliver and Avni tracked every step in the process and coordinated with the buyer and both solicitors to keep pushing things forward. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleI had an appointment to see 3 properties on the same day! I went that day and only saw one saying that it was not possible to see the other two, one because it had already been rented and another because they didn't have the keys! So we agreed to see 3 more the next day! I went to the first house and found no one! I called the agency and they told me that they were waiting for me at the other property and that I shouldn't see the one where I was waiting for them! I started to get a little angry and so the agency told me if you wait where you are, a colleague of ours will be there to show you the property! Give it 10 min! 18 passed... the colleague came.. The house was small but all in all he was very kind! Then I told him! Well! Let's go and see the other 2? and him: but today I can only show you this one! For the other 2 I had a problem with the keys!.. I was very very angry and called the agency, I got angry on the phone and they let me talk to the manager! He apologizes by saying that Dexters is one of the best agencies there is and that he will personally take care of helping me find a flat! He asks me if I can come back again in the afternoon and obviously I tell him no.. But if he had other houses to contact me! He tells me of course I'll take care of it! All this on 27 June 2020! Today 1 July 2020 I still have to hear from him.... Venue categorically to be avoided!NegativeProfessionalism

My rental went far from great.I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

Having had our small buy to let on the market for over 6 weeks with other agents and no offers, I turned to John and Alex in the letting team. The advice given was honest and led me to repaint the property, something that was not mentioned by other agents. I received multiple offers within just over a week and am over the moon with the tenant and management of Dexters. Great work keep it up!
