Yes - sold our property - but then that was it

Yes - they sold our property - however thats the easy part. During the sales process they did very little, to the point the onward estate agents in the chain did the majority of the work, and without them I am unsure it would have even happened. Nice enough staff, but maybe need to focus on not just winning business and helping those in the process

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.

It really is a great team in the Shepherds Bush office. I had a difficult situation to navigate and was looking to find somewhere I could call home and feel safe. Monika has been managing my flat for rent for the last year or so. She has always been friendly, responsive and proactive, communicated regularly by email and by phone and I have been able to feel the flat is in good hands. Unfortunately I had a leak at my flat which I let out through Dexters. Monika has been incredibly efficient in resolving this - chasing the managing agent to find the cause of the leak, following up and arranging for it to be fixed and then looking into redecoration which needs to be claimed on the buildings insurance, as well as liaising with and reassuring the tenant and keeping me informed. She has been a pleasure to deal with and I am really impressed by her efficiency, reliability and tenacity.

Appalling service. Took weeks to respond to our calls and emails. So many problems with property from start which were not sorted even in two years. At end of tenancy they charged us for professional cleaner even after we received the flat is a disgusting state. Then the “planned” cleaners did not arrive on arranged date resulting in several comments made regarding this on check out. Also then charged £100+ for handyman to fix listed issues of two minor tile cracks (one reported as done by Dexter’s hired handyman in first few months), to replace a toaster which was never provided and a bin which was left exactly where we found it. Would highly recommend avoiding if possible! I know that letting agents are never that good but this is beyond that! EDIT (4/11/2018): I wrote an email on 14/11/2018 to the email address provided but this email has not been responded to.

Keishan at Dexters was amazing to work with, even though we weren’t able to secure a property in the end. He made the whole search process so much easier and stress free. Keishan really took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us great options that matched our needs. His knowledge of the local market was super helpful, and he always kept us updated, making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Even though things didn’t work out this time, his friendly and patient attitude made a big difference, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind.
