GoogleThe team at Dexter’s Fulham are a set of estate agents who counter the traditional stereotype. Aaron the Director, whilst being young, exhibits maturity and EQ beyond his age and really takes time to get to know his customers. Nothing feels rushed and you feel like the most important person. The team in the office are courteous and friendly and stay in touch without any pressure or stalking tactics being applied! I’ve been discussing my options with them for about 4 months and they respect my situation, and I’m about to put my property on the market with them. UPDATED: sadly Aaron has left Fulham. I’d agreed to deal / sell with him but between agreeing numbers and having the photos done (about a week) he went yet no one told me. This is such a relationship business that this surprised me. I’m not sure I’d have gone with them had I been told the truth. Viewing numbers have been good so far but comms can be patchy and strategy has been questionable. It does feel that it’s more about getting you in and then caught. I’d like to bring in another agent but they’re not for letting me at the moment.

GoogleI have dealt with Dexters a few times in my past renting experiences and it was always good but since I have been looking for a flat to buy I have really been impressed. Rudy Singh from the Fulham Broadway branch has contacted me after some enquiries I have sent via email to the office. He has been some of the most excellent agent I have met in my experience as a buyer. My time with him has been nothing but perfect. He is a very polite and down to hearth professional, he made me feel very confident and I was very comfortable speaking to him about the way I was feeling on regards to the different proprieties he has shown me. What I really appreciate about his service was the fact that he was very caring and humble, since my budget was not the highest I have experienced many agents that didn’t take me any serious, Unlike them, He appreciated my situation and really gave me his 100%. He was also a very interesting person to talk to, a very impressive young professional Really determined and very well knowledge. He Definitely knew what he was doing. I really wish Rudy a successful future and I would definitely recommend to anyone who will be in the same position as I am now. Well done Dexters for such a strong member.

They kept us up to date and made sure the process kept moving with all parties involved, overall great work. Oliver, Charlie and Avni work very well together, making it all very streamlined. We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

GoogleWe had Lucy Boynton looking after us for our sale and she was absolutely fantastic. It has not been easy, with complications until the last but she was calm and motivated throughout. GoogleWe as a family would highly rate Charlie Ince-Green from the Fulham branch of Dexter’s. What a breath of fresh air he is. He has made our search for a property in Fulham for our daughter very much easier as his communication skills are excellent. He is always at the end of the phone to help out and also excellent at keeping in contact with new properties and ideas. We feel very informed with him. He is also very knowledgeable, prompt and easy to get on with. If I was selling my house I would use him as I know he would do an excellent job and get the best and right deal.
