I recently sold my house through the Chestertons Fulham team, and they were simply outstanding from start to finish. The Director overseeing the sale was David Featherstone, who proved to be a top-class operator. David provided a wealth of invaluable guidance, advice and industry expertise and, at the same time, was flexible, accommodating and approachable enough to listen to what I, as the client, wanted to achieve from the sale. Assisting David was Alex Shami, who was a superb sales negotiator and whose commercial astuteness and persistence resulted in him achieving an excellent over-asking sale price for me. I can't speak highly enough of David, Alex and their team and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who may be looking to sell their property in SW6.

Terrible Property Management Service

Chesterton's management division is extremely slow, lackluster in its approach, and inefficient to say the least. They simply want to collect their management fees, however, when it comes to servicing the client they respond when it suits them and often by different individuals within the firm that are not up to speed with the matter at hand.I have unpaid rent and they are doing very little to resolve the matter. Furthermore, they take an extremely long time to respond thereby causing a delay in resolving any issues that need to be addressed for my rent to be paid.They lack professionalism and are purely focused on revenue as opposed to servicing their clients. If you want peace of mind and smooth and efficient service as a landlord, choose another company.
