She without fail, informs me of what is needed in terms of updating the various certificates for electricity, gas and others up to date, current, thus ensuring we all remain safe and within the law. without her support, I will not be able to navigate all the requirements for a safe rental of my house. I commend her excellence and diligence, a well deserved 5 stars.

GoogleWe first viewed a house with Conor (Bunn) a year ago, when he gave us honest and straightforward advice about what he thought the property would sell for. After a long search, we’ve just completed on house with Conor. It wasn’t a straight forward purchase, with back and forth with the seller to have the offer accepted. We were so grateful that we were constantly updated and given clear advice regarding next steps. Conor also went above and beyond to allow us access to the property for builders etc even before we had exchanged which has been a huge help to us in our reno timeline. I would highly recommend these guys above any other estate agent I’ve dealt with.

The safety compliance team I think are the best team to ever walk this planet. We are a contractor who do works for Chestertons (NXG Home Services). We have never came across a team who are as efficient and helpful as these guys. GoogleNot really rating the estate agent service but the receptionist Sarah, saved my life today, with nothing but sellotape to hand. I'd walked into several businesses on my way, to the really awful post office, who said they had none or they wanted to sell me sellotape. Sarah with her kind heart,and angel wings, helped me fix what needed fixing. I am eternally grateful. I must mention this probably is a great estate agents because you walk in, and the hubbub from the large staff numbers, makes it feel like you have walked into ground control at NASA. Just saying.

I have had the pleasure of liaising with Mark Kardos from Chestertons as the property manager for my flat over the last two years, and I can say that I’m happy with the service he provided.From the beginning, Mark managed my flat promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all my requests were addressed promptly.Unfortunately the landlord didn’t want to undertake some repairs that needed doing from the beginning of my tenancy. But I can say that Mark tried to do his best. Mark's excellent communication skills and responsiveness were particularly good. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always quick to respond and provide the necessary assistance.I am genuinely grateful for the great job Mark has done in managing the flat I was renting. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
