DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM!

Terrible. I cannot emphasise enough how dismissive Chesterston has been toward our moving process. They don't reply to our multiple emails and when they do, the answers are inconclusive and no actions are taken toward our requests. Although it says in our contract the deposit reimbursement would occur in 10 days after moving out, it has been four months without getting our money back. DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM.

The team at Chestertons, Pimlico, helped me to terminate a contract with a tenant, sort out the mess they'd left, and then find another tenant. Alina Alexa and James Hall were especially helpful; James addressed all my questions with patience and understanding and Alina helped me follow through some tricky negotiations. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was instrumental in the transaction being completed in a narrow timeframe.
