Caroline Morrison at Residence is so far the best estate agent I've come across. Really lovely and professional. Found a buyer really quick. Can't recommend Residence enough!

Had a Note of Interest on a property and the estate agent didn't bother to notify me when another offer was received. This resulted in the client accepting the alternative offer without allowing me the opportunity to make an offer. Surely not working in their client's best interest.

No call afterwards emailed a note of interest only to be told an offer had been accepted, what a dis service to their clients

Very rude abd unhelpful staff. I know you have plenty of interested buyers but everyone should be spoken to in a friendly, helpful and professional way! Very short and bored sounding woman!
