GoogleFrom day one Liam and his team were fantastic. My flat sold in 9 days (just before Christmas too!). The photographs and customer service were both outstanding! This was my first time selling a property and Liam and the rest of his team couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the full process, even when I was stressing and worrying. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property with Momo homes.

Google5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently used Momo homes for the sale of my property. I initially contacted them after hearing very good reviews from people in my area. Liam and his team at Momo were very fast at responding and made my decision to go with them so simple. While my property was on the market, Covid 19 guidelines came into effect during Lockdown and no viewings etc could take place. During this time, Lisa and Innes regularly kept me updated with the online enquiries and the plans with moving forward once guidelines allowed us to do so. Once we had a date for viewings to continue, they were quickly scheduled in with all safety measures in place. To my delight, my house was SOLD in a matter of days. I can’t speak highly enough of Liam and his team at MOMO Homes. They made the full process easy and stress free specially through difficult times. GoogleThis is the best estate agents by far, Liam is so personable and takes time to get to know you as a person and listens to you as a seller and a buyer, works tiresly to please and even responds to my calls at 7am!! Our home was marketed so professionally and sold in under 12 days... I am delighted with the overall service and the staff in the office support with the upmost professionalism at all times. All are superb!

GoogleI strongly recommend Momo homes to sell your house Liam Morrison is fantastic and I also dealt with his college Lisa. I asked Liam to market my two bedroom flat in burnbank, Hamilton to which Liam gave me an idea of how much costs would be and how much I could hope to get from selling, Liam is very chatty and make you feel at ease as selling property can be very stressful Lisa also has the same approachable attitude, Lisa took the man who bought my property for the last viewing to which he made a verbal offer there and then and my flat was sold in just 5 months Momo homes is a truly fantastic company to deal with and I’ll defo recommend to my friends and family, I have done already but will continue as I was soo happy with my experience. Deciding to sell our house was such a stressful time and Liam dealt with all our enquires so quickly and efficiently explaining every part of the process making it so much easier and less stressful than we imagined! The full process went so quickly from our initial contact and meeting with Liam and our house was sold within 4 days! And at every stage we were kept in contact with throughout which was very reassuring (big thanks to the girls in the office for the daily updates and chats that was a personal touch that really put myself at ease) I couldn’t recommend liam and the team enough for their efforts and help throughout and I will definitely keep recommending them to anyone and everybody who wants to sell their property.

GoogleIf you are planning on engaging with an estate agency then I highly recommend using the services of Liam at Momo Homes. I had a flat on the market with another agency in Hamilton for over 6 months, without any viewings and a very poor service. Needing better results, I contacted Liam and from the the very first call, his approach and professionalism was first class. On visiting the property he knew immediately what plan of action to take to improve the property and the best methods to market it. He was consultative, creative and totally spot on with how to position the pricing. After moving to Momo, Liam marketed my property on the Saturday, had 4 viewers in the first 3 days and a brilliant offer within a week. The service from his team was top notch from first meeting right through to managing the offer and legal process. They take the time to understand your needs and have a fresh and modern approach which sets them apart. Liam and the team, you are head and shoulders above your competition and I know you’ll have a lot more happy clients in the future just like me.

Liam and Lisa were both super helpful and professional throughout the whole process and made it much less stressful than we thought it would be. Liam was able to come out and take photos and arrange the surveyor to do the home report just a day after we arranged to sell our house with them, before putting it on all the big sites and on social media. Their communication throughout was excellent - Liam or Lisa would contact me each day after viewings with feedback and details of new viewers, as they had taken my availability in advance. All done for a great price as well. Would highly recommend.

Both Liam and Lisa were consistently helpful , approachable and very available. An extremely modern/ relaxed approach to house selling making use of every form of media which enabled an extremely high level of communication! GoogleDuring a recent hunt for a new home, we viewed a beautiful property that was being marketed by Momo Homes, and we decided to submit an offer, which was accepted. As potential purchasers, Momo Homes were so brilliant, from answering questions, arranging viewings (they arrange viewings when you call, so there's no hanging about waiting for a call back) to answering questions and providing invaluable advice In fact, we were so impressed, that we employed Momo Homes to sell our own property, which was at a time when the market was very sluggish. However, Momo Homes provided an end to end packaged service, amazing photography (they use a professional photographer) and marketing all at an extremely competitive price that came with a first class service. With thanks to Momo Homes, we sold our property twithin a day or so of it going on the market, to the first people who viewed it and at the full Home Report value. Throughout the buying and selling processes, the entire staff complement of Momo Homes were incredibly professional, approachable, helpful and most of all, totally honest. The entire team at Momo Homes, always made sure that we were in control of the decision making from start to finish, there was no hard sell, and we were never put under pressure by them at any time. We have no hesitation in recommending Momo Homes to anyone wishing to sell their property - after forty years of buying and selling properties, we have never before had such a fantastic service from an estate agent, either as a buyer or a seller.

GoogleExtremely disappointed in this company and will definitely have to think twice if they are involved in any property that I am interested in future. I made an appointment with Colette to view a property in Kylepark and we set up for Wednesday. She said that she would send us over the Home Report and took my email address (checking it letter for letter by phone) ...Home Report did not arrive! On calling on Wednesday to confirm the appointment after rushing around to get there on time, was told that the appointment was actually in their diary for Thursday. Not a problem. It probably suited everyone better so we scheduled with Liam for 2.30pm. Knowing that we were running a little late from a work appointment we called to see if Liam could hang on until 3pm (he was there to show other potential buyers - so we thought that it wouldn't be a problem as surely if we were to see the property at 2.30pm, ...that they would have blocked any other appointments or work for him for at least an hour for us to properly view the property. You would think so, right! ...No, ..he said that he couldn't do that now, as he had other things to do. Then the clanger which we should have been informed about long before that phone call was that offers closed the next day at 12pm, so obviously we miss out on this property and we were very excited about it. As cash buyers we feel that they haven't acted in their clients' best interest and could have had a quick clean sale at a better price than they may receive. We'll never know, ..and neither will their sellers. From start to finish they appeared unorganized and not willing to do anything more than they needed to. Having gone through at least 50 house purchases/sales in the USA over the years, perhaps this is just what you come to expect over here, but it's left me with a bitter taste and caused me to review this company poorly as they certainly didn't act as I would expect towards a potential buyer, which could have had a better result for their client.
Hi Bobby, First of all I would like to apologise that the home report was not sent to you via email. After speaking to my team they have confirmed that your viewing was arranged for Thursday the 12th of September at 2.30pm and you were happy to attend this time as it suited you best. At 2 o’clock on Thursday the 12th of September we received a call to say you were going to be running late and you would aim to be there for 3:15pm, which was 45 minutes later than the agreed appointment. As you can appreciate we had other appointments to attend throughout the afternoon and didn’t want to let other clients down by running late from there arranged time. We then offered to accommodate a late evening appointment on Thursday the 12th and also offered to do a viewing on Friday morning before the closing date. None of the appointments were suitable. At Momo Homes we take pride in our customer service and we make every effort to assure our clients needs are met as much as possible.
