The dream team at Momo Homes, Hamilton, have been nothing short of absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t rate Momo Homes highly enough, from our very first conversation with Amanda about arranging a viewing for our new home to getting our own home valued with Innes they were outstanding. Every phone call to Amanda and Alieen was met with pure professionalism but also genuine interest in how we were finding the whole process and a keen interest in answering our questions. As we were buying and selling through Momo we were on the phone in the early days quite a bit but they couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel at ease, whether it was arranging a second viewing or just general advice on offers coming in they truly did go above and beyond. They also provided fantastic marketing materials, from the pictures Rebecca took for their website / rightmove ect to the social media posts that went out, again 10/10 and they created a lot of genuine interest. If you’re thinking of moving you shouldn’t look past Momo Homes.

Our experience with Mo Mo wishaw was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend them as a professional estate agent who actually keep you updated and are fantastic communicators. We bought a house and sold our house with them and found the experience excellent. We changes our lawyer to the one next door to them and was delighted with the quick and professional time line everything was completed which elevated stress and anxiety. There aren't many services out there today that go the extra mile. Momo Homes are one of they few services! From picking up the phone to the day of the sale it has been plain sailing. Kaitlin and Liam made me feel as if I was their only client, I was very impressed with their attentive commitment to ensuring I was constantly updated and crystal clear on what was happening each step of the way. Nearing the sale, I received invaluable advice from Kaitlin, initially fearing the dreaded process of a property sale to ultimately content and relieved that I sought assistance and guidance from what I would consider a 'best-in-class' service. Firstly met Innes who talked me through the procedure of selling my house. Rebecca came out the following week to take photographs as did the Surveyor to do the home report. The girls in the office lovely Lynn, Lisa and Caitlyn kept me updated regularly and booked in the viewings. They are all absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough. Outstanding professional service!! I talked with a few agents about selling our flat but from the first meeting with Innes to provide a valuation it was a no-brainer to use Momo! That continued with the rest of the team including Lisa, Kaitlin, Elisha and Liam where everything was personal, with clear and timely communication, and above all very straight talking which is refreshing! In terms of cost Momo were also the most competitive, and offered to do viewings, which just made the whole process so much simpler especially as we were not living in the property. Lisa was my main contact who kept me up to date with everything that was happening without under or over communicating - she was terrific! Along with Liam, they shared their opinions and ultimately represented my interests (and the buyer’s) in an honest, fair and professional manner. The result was a sale within a week, over home report and while I was out of the country! I’m told I’m very fussy but I genuinely could not pick any faults in the service provided by Momo Homes. Liam and the team should be very proud of what they do together and it is really no wonder they are gaining a great reputation. They excel with their service and deliver exactly what should be the standard as an estate agent. On the 25th April 2025 I was tasked to pick up a set of keys from Momo homes. When I arrived there were two extremely helpful agents and on top of all the welcoming smiles they were kind and yet very professional and focussed. Thank you ladies. But then, the decor was soothing and calming in an area where it's a busy and noisy road right in front. This wee office reminded me of an oasis. And they make good coffee.

I purchased Liam’s old property from him in April 2021. Whenever I rang MOMO HOMES, the staff were always really friendly and prompt. We were to exchange keys on Saturday 1 May and I was running a few minutes late due to heavy traffic. Liam rang me to ask where I was and I said I was 2 mins away. When I got there Liam was outside and was in a hurry to get away. He gave me the keys, answered a few questions and went away. When I went into the property I encountered various issues including, 1. The gas and electricity meters - I spent days trying to locate the gas and electricity meters (both of which have now been located). When I tried texting Liam to ask about the meters, the responses were always slow or didn’t help. 2. The plastered holes and paint, Prior to the exchange of keys, Liam plastered various holes (from where there had been pictures) around the property and subsequently painted it a darker/ different shade to the rest of the wall. Because of this, at least 3 rooms in the flat need to be repainted and is costing £1,500. I would prefer to paint the flat myself but unfortunately I have been recovering from a shoulder injury since February. I would have appreciated Liam getting in touch to ask if this is something I had wanted done. 3. The bathroom sink - The sink is blocked and the floor binder as you come in/out the bathroom is broken (Liam blamed the Home Movers). Liam had said that he would organise the repair this but this has not been the case. I emailed Liam about these issues and asked for a contribution towards the costs of the paint and for the floor to be repaired. I was sent a link to purchase paint and then blocked from Whatasapp. As it was a generous sale, I thought Liam would have been more than happy to help but I was wrong. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend MOMO Homes.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I had three agents booked to give us a valuation, and advice on our property. One of which (large chain) arrived almost 45 minutes late... On meeting Liam it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in us, the client, and our property. It made for a very easy decision to choose Momo. Lisa & Elisha were also great, very professional, and always available when I called for updates or feedback.
