We have recently had an offer accepted on a house that was sold through igloo. The service from viewing through to bidding was excellent and the communication was too. Any information we asked for was promptly delivered to us by Stacey and Reece and gave us great confidence. The team handled the bidding process really well and with transparency. Peter came to value our house and was very professional and informative. He had clearly done a lot of homework showing us the history of our house on the market as well as recent properties similar to ours which was impressive and made us feel like selling our house was important to him. I have been selling my home over the last three weeks. It’s been great working with Stacey who came out to value and photograph our house, Linda and Janice have been keeping me informed of all the bookings. In fact the whole team have been fab. Linda and Janice have been really professional but also adding in the personal touch, which is a big thing for me. Brilliant service from start to finish. As someone who has never sold a house before i was worried about what to expect and how much hassle/stress it would be but from day one meeting Peter put me at ease. His professional attitude and knowledge of the housing market was first class. Hi Mr. Chris Johnstone. I recently made an enquiry to Igloo estate agents about a property at Waverly terrace Blantyre. Although at the time of this enquiry our country had went into Lockdown with the Cova19 Pandemic. Igloo staff still kept me up to date with ongoing information. as staff had to work from home answering email and making phone calls. When I did get to see the property on the 29/6/2020, Stacey came with the keys, to let me view the property , she had sound knowledge of her job, she showed me around the property chatting to me about the home report and the property in a professional way. she also called me the next day to let me know my offer had been excepted and explain to me the procedure and also offered and did pass me on to professionals who would go on to help me with the legalities 'and payments. in all very good service from Stacey and the Team. I was renting a property with igloo for a few months due to personal reasons I had to give the Property up although anything that was needing done was always sorted no matter what the agency had someone come fix this as quick as they could, if there was ever any issues they would would be first to assist me. I put my property on the market immediately prior to the COVID19 Pandemic Lockdown which as you can imagine, was stressful in itself! However Despite this, Reece, Craig, Linda and the rest of the team at Igloo have kept in constant touch with me and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have truly went above and beyond to provide first class service during a time where everything was uncertain! Igloo's communication is prompt, professional and I have never had an unanswered phone call or email. As someone who had never sold a property before, I felt reassured and prioritised by the team and they made huge efforts to make me feel included and up to date throughout the whole process. Having already checked the feedback previously on Igloo Estate Agents before I put my mums house on the market on her behalf I can only say that Reece from the Hamilton office proved all the great feedback to be spot on he was very professional and explained everything step by step. I would also add that all the office staff were very polite and friendly. Definitely good value for money and very responsive. House now has an offer accepted.
