GoogleJohn Wyatt did an excellent job of selling my late father's house, handling all of the interaction with possible buyers, providing good advice that allowed us to maximise the selling price. He was also very helpful in answering questions that came up during and after the sale.

GoogleWhat a terrible and astrocious estate agent. Boring and bland people when they show you homes, can barely answer questions. Such a shame this rubbish agent is in Hall Green.

I am sorry that you felt this way. However during launch of a new property we can have up to 100 calls within a short space of time. Some people who can't get through straight away then repeat call over and over and this jams the telephone lines. However, we always try and call everyone back whose call has been missed. Unlike many other agents we try and accommodate as many viewings on each property as possible. We do not cut off after a certain number as we try and give everyone a fair chance to view and place an offer. However, we do understand that with so much interest in the properties that we put up for sale, there will always be potential buyers that feel unhappy they have not been successful.

I am afraid I think you must have misheard this statement. The question we typically ask is "What do you want to know?" in response to the question many peoplee ask when they are calling "I am calling about the property on xyz Road". As for not saying hello, we always asnswer the phone 'Clive Tanner Wyatts, how can we help'. However we do understand that because calls from rightmove and zoopla etc. are preceded by a message identifying them as source, somne of the initial greeting can be cut off. If you have a specific instance please contact us with the time and date of the call and we will examine the recored call log.

Can I ask why you would say this? What actually happened with John? We understand that many buyers get upset when they are unsuccessful in their bid for a property, but the owners of the property decide which offer they wish to accept. It is not our decision.
