Ryder and Dutton have recently sold a property of ours, Nichola, Laura, Leanne, Martha and Kim have worked so hard to get the sale over the line having a very difficult buyer. We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Leanne used her extensive knowledge and expertise to value our property at the right price point and was supportive and helpful throughout the negotiation process.Once an offer had been accepted, Nichola support us throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and sharing information with the buyers. When I put my house up for sale recently I wanted to use a firm that I thought would have a greater coverage area, so I decided to use Ryder & Dutton. They gave me a very fair, and as it turned out, acceptable valuation on my house.My wife and I had numerous viewings arranged very conveniently at times that suited us, by the extremely helpful and curtious staff.We were very impressed in particular though with our sales negotiator Nancy Holden. She kept us well informed of progress, any problems that arose and solutions provided and she was very proactive in dealing with various parties involved in the sale. She was always very pleasant and cheery to talk to on the phone and keen to provide a very professional service expected of a long established firm such as Ryder & Dutton.In all, she made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it otherwise could have been and is well worthy of our gratitude.

Completely unprofessional. Booked me in for a Sunday which was great. I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment. It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them
We would like to offer our sincere apologies for this appointment not going ahead. As we discussed, in this particular instance our client could not provide access to the property due to unforeseen circumstances at very short notice. We will endeavour to rebook your appointment at the next available opportunity and wish you well in your continued search for a new home

Everyone has been really helpful from start to finish during what was quite a long process due to the amount of people in the chain, and even provided me updates where my solicitor did not, which made it a much less stressful time. After feeling as though I had found an estate agent that is professional, understanding and helpful, I've come to find out that has not been the case at all. I was given false information that led me to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretences. Completely disheartened with this entire experience. If/when I am able to fix the predicament they have been left me with in, I would never use them again or recommend to someone. Devastated by this disgusting experience.
