We received excellent support from Deborah and the Halesworth team with the purchase of our property. They were very flexible with viewings and coordinating decisions with the seller to allow a very quick turnaround of the conveyancing process which completed in just over a month. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and communication

Good morning - I would be interested to know in what capacity you have been in touch with one of our offices and then hopefully I will be able to address any issues you may have - it is extremely unusual for us to have negative reviews so naturally I am concerned to hear that you have been unhappy with the service you received. Was this a sales or lettings enquiry - Many thanks Joanna McIntyre - my email is: joanna@muskermcintyre.co.uk
