Highly recommend Fox & Sons Hailsham. Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't proceed with the sale of my house. David Thomas responded to my cancellation with support, kindness & understanding. David made it clear I would be welcome to return to Fox & Sons which I couldn't appreciate more. If buying a house from fox and sons Hailsham be sure to ask what the neighbour hood you are wanting to live is like. We have since been told that we should of been informed that we had a full on acholic living next door to us. Life is a nightmare we have been hear a year now and wish we never did. David and his team were amazing, I would recommend them to anyone. Communication was so good, and when I had some anxieties David listened and he was able to help ease them so quickly. Our house sold quickly and it was because of the time and effort that was put into the listings and viewings. The team also reached out to my conveyancer when I was struggling to get information, which is above and beyond their job roles. Theresa was amazing with advising us on our mortgage options, and we had a lot of contact with her which was always amazing. Firstly, thank you to Claire for coming to do a valuation on our rented property and gave great advice on our circumstances and then recommended speaking to Teresa. We spoke to Teresa back in June and she too gave us great advice then which at that time we were not able to act upon straight away, however, September time we were in a better financial position and had another appointment to discuss finances, we started looking for suitable properties. Success story we have now found our forever home and it’s the last chapter in our life book and thanks to Teresa we have had our mortgage offer accepted and it’s all systems go. The Ultimate Do-It-Yourself Estate Agency Experience

(Would give zero stars if I could, but one star for actually answering the phone that one time). If you are looking for an estate agent that embodies the mystery and suspense of an escape room, look no further than Fox & Sons Weymouth. Selling a house is stressful, but Fox & Sons managed to elevate it to a psychological thriller where the main theme is "Ghosting." Here is a quick breakdown of the premium service I received while selling my property: The Secret Agents: I assume they were marketing my property, but it must have been via MI6-level classified channels because they rarely communicated a single detail to me. The Answering Machine Black Hole: Calling their office is a masterclass in futility. You will mostly encounter their answering machine. If you leave a message and call back hours later, don't worry, the staff will have absolutely no record or memory of your existence. If this is how they treat the person paying them, I can only imagine a prospective buyer would need to hire a private investigator just to get a viewing. Time Dilates in Weymouth: When Fox & Sons say they will call you back "shortly," please note that in their dictionary, "shortly" translates to 24 to 48 hours. More often than not, I had to call them back to remind them we were technically in a business relationship. The Legendary "Single Showing": To be fair, they did actually turn up to show a buyer around exactly once. It was a spectacular disaster. The agent knew absolutely nothing about the house, and apparently even less about the local area. It was less of a guided tour and more of a collaborative fact-finding mission. I had to step in and conduct the viewing myself to save us all from terminal awkwardness. The "We Don't Do Viewings" Policy: Aside from that one tragic cameo, they were never available. I ended up doing the rest of the viewings entirely by myself. Honestly, I should send them an invoice for commission, because I did 100% of the actual selling. Summary: If you want to pay a hefty fee to market your own house, answer your own questions, and do your own viewings while playing phone tag with an automated machine, Fox & Sons is the agency for you! Otherwise, save your sanity and look elsewhere.

We have just sold our first home and bought our second home through Fox & Sons, Hailsham. We put our house on the market in February and had viewings nearly every week before securing a sale at the asking price in May. Our buyers originally had their eye on another property, but thanks to David’s advice, they came to view ours, and the rest is history! Being in a chain of four, all with Fox & Sons, could have been stressful, but the team kept us regularly updated on progress and what was needed at each stage. Claire was brilliant at keeping things moving, especially when it felt like our solicitors were slowing the process down. We eventually agreed a completion date of 12th September, but with various delays and queries, exchange was repeatedly pushed back. Through it all, Claire and Natalie were fantastic, always on the phone or email, chasing things up and pushing to get everything over the line. Without their persistence, we might still be waiting! Natasha is the worst

Natasha is the worst. She told us a bunch of false information when moving in (she said it comes with parking but didn’t and ended up costing us £10 per day extra) and she is super rude. Now we are coming to move out she is ignoring the landlords demands. He has told them to return the deposit but she is refusing (I assume so she can still force him to have a checkout inspection that she can charge for). Any landlords STAY WELL AWAY. She will ignore your best interests.

Absolutely appalling and disgraceful service from Fox & Sons Lettings. Morgan Wilde (Crawley branch) and Olivia Rennie (Haywards Heath branch) completely failed in their duties while I was paying full management fee. They left my property vacant for over five months on purpose, ignoring at least two eligible tenants who submitted enquiries - both never received any response. On top of that, they kept presenting me with tenants who were completely unsuitable for the flat, people without jobs. This shows a shocking disregard for my property and finances. I had to constantly chase them to carry out even basic management duties, and their excuses were pathetic. Their negligence, unprofessionalism, and complete lack of accountability cost me thousands in lost rent. I had to constantly chase them to do even the most basic management tasks, and their excuses were pathetic. When I went to another agent, my flat was rented in less than 48 hours - proof of their incompetence and negligence. I strongly advise anyone not to deal with Fox & Sons letting department, especially Morgan Wilde at Crawley and Olivia Rennie at Haywards Heath. They’re disgusting, dishonest, and their behaviour utterly unacceptable. I am taking this further and I will not rest until I get a proper explanation and resolution. Shame on you Morgan Wilde and know that your dishonesty and dirty play will cost you in life.

Thank you to Fox & Sons in hailsham for assisting in the sale of our home. There where some twist and turns along the way in this market, but having the Hailsham branch over seeing everything and managing those bumps made it possible in the end to get to completion. Claire runs a very good branch. Our main individual we worked closely with was Shannon, lovely lady who had to work hard with our sale because right near the end there was a lot of twist and turns, no fault of foxs and sons or us, but I guess that's the market right now. We would like to say a massive thank you to you all especially Shannon.
