5 stars does not feel like enough for these guys. Superb service from the beginning and incredibly thorough in all aspects of what they do - which is an essential attribute that you need your estate agent to have. Excellent communication and professionalism from the onset. The whole team really took care of us and invested time and energy into understanding the big picture, why we wanted to sell and what our goals were. This was an incredibly refreshing approach and makes a huge difference. You will receive a very person-centred service, far removed from the cold and stale service you might expect from some estate agents (and indeed what we experienced during our initial enquiry's). In the initial consultation they are not pushy or 'sales' like at all. They are instead honest, direct and do not hide behind sales jargon or company power-points explaining how they are better than others. The moment you choose to sell with Crane, you actually get the distinct feeling that they adopt your home as their own and this underpins their whole approach. At times I was perplexed by how they could be giving us so much attention when they have so many homes to sell! You will feel like you are their only client. It's like some kind of Estate Agent wizardry of the highest degree. If you are reading this review then there is a good chance that you may well be enquiring with a few agents at the beginning and notice , just as we did, that on paper Crane may appear a little more expensive (just a little) than some. Please trust us when we tell you that it really is not as simple as that and you get more than your money's worth here. Choosing what appears to be a 'cheap' option WILL cost you more in the long-run. Trust us on this and thank us later :-). As a final note, to the whole team at Crane we cannot praise or thank you enough. Every person we dealt with, from the initial consultation, to having the photos taken, to viewings, to sales progression was absolutely fantastic and a credit to their profession. Moving is incredibly stressful, and with you guys on our side I can honestly say that the stress was halved. Crane & Co were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of our house purchase. We viewed a couple of properties, each shown by Julie who was welcoming, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (which were a lot as a FTB). After the sale was agreed a number of people from Crane & Co ensured we were kept up to date, but I'd like to specifically mention how Amy and Sarah went above and beyond. We are so happy the previous owners decided to sell through Crane & Co. We cannot recommend them enough! If you want to be looked after and genuinely feel like you're purchase is important to an estate agent then Crane & Co are the ones! Our daughter and ourselves chose Crane and Co to sell both properties at the same time as we were all relocating to Devon. Having used Crane and Co in the past we knew we could rely on their expertise plus their reputation goes before them. The marketing material and photography is very eye catching and informative and the website is easy to navigate. The various team members are extremely professional and helpful from the initial marketing and viewings of the property to the final sale completion. Crane & Co are the best Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I've just been through a fairly difficult sale (no fault of Cranes) and without Sarah from Sales Progression I think it would have fallen through. Sarah was on top of the sale the whole way through and liased with the whole chain keeping me constantly updated. From my experience, most other Estate Agents don't put the same amout of effort into a sale and there's very little communication after the initial sale. Crane & Co went above and beyond throughout. The whole of the team were so helpful, and lovely the deal with. I don't think I would have got the same price had I gone elsewhere. Conner's advice and guidance through the sale was so helpful. To be honest there are slightly cheaper offers around which I did consider, but I'm so glad I went with Crane. Crane get you a better price from your sale, which more than covers any price difference for fees. They also ensure the sale goes smoothly. Thanks again to everyone at Crane & Co. Andy

We have used Conner and the team to sell our house. From the very beginning we were impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and passion. We have been kept up to date with all aspects of the process via email and phone calls, and have found the experience to be very positive and stress free. The team are always happy to talk on the phone or in person when we have popped into the office (which is an immaculately presented space), and no query has been too much for them. OUTSTANDING service from Crane and Co. My partner and I are first time buyers and found our property advertised through Crane and Co. From point of booking a viewing to now (completing on 19th) they have been very attentive and helpful. Booking a viewing was very quick and easy and staff were on time to the appointment. All staff answered the phone quickly on each occasion and got back to us quickly with news of our offer. We have mainly dealt with Samia since offer was accepted. Samia has ensure all parties have been kept in the loop during the process which has had its own challenges with Covid-19! I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at Crane & Co who sold my property in Pevensey. At first, I was doubtful about the price banding they endorse; surely the price is the price, but once they took the time to explain the benefits, it made complete sense, and I was convinced. Regarding the photographs of my property, Crane & Co have a very keen eye for detail indeed. Josh did the 3D tour and by the time they were finished editing and perfecting them, I must admit, I hardly recognised my own home, in a good way of course! The property description was expertly written with a real sense of passion & care. All viewings were done by the lovely Julie, who always has a big smile. She was always warm and friendly with my potential buyers and incredibly complimentary about my home! It obviously worked because immediately after the initial viewings, I received 2 offers, both exceeding my expectations! I was in no doubt this was due to Crane & Co’s expert marketing and knowledgeable team. My sale was then progressed by Amy with Katie the office manager overseeing, I was constantly updated at every stage by either phone or email and I never felt in the dark. Upon exchange I got a very thoughtful ‘moving home checklist’, which came in handy. What I thought would be an incredibly stressful time, was actually rather easy and stress free. Although admittedly their fee was higher than the rest, I truly believe and was proven right on this occasion ‘you get what you pay for!’ What more can I say… I honestly can’t thank you all enough.
