Amos Estates is obviously one of the elites in the real estate business and their properties seem to be different from others in term of the pristine condition, the comfort offered, the avaliable facilities, the location of their properties and of course their fabulously professional staff. They never let down their standard, not for once! I am saying this because I have had the opportunity to walk through many of their properties and they are a perfect picture of my dream home. We viewed a few properties with Amos and really liked their printed documents, no other agent seemed to do this, so it was a nice touch. Andrew did many of the viewings and liked how he would give you some time to take a proper look, and not feel pressured or rushed. Sales progression and keeping people up to date is probably the most important aspect of the purchase/sale. Chelsea is Amos' sales progresser and we'd actually previous met when viewing properties with another agent, joined the Amos team just after our initial offer was accepted, so it worked out perfectly when we were told that she was to be our go to person throughout the purchase. Whether an email or a call, you'd immediately get a response and she even dug in to follow up other agents in the chain to give everyone a nudge and keep everything moving along swimmingly. Thank you Chelsea for all your help from the initial viewings to advice in between and for always chasing and following up. If you're buying or selling in benfleet or hadleigh you will want Amos in the chain somewhere for their awesome sales progression.

Darren and the team were totally professional in a very difficult time for us. They priced and sold my mum's bungalow after she passed away. We received phone calls and emails of when potential buyers were being shown around and had feedback conversations afterwards. After the sale was agreed and whilst we were waiting for the grant of probate, they kept in touch to see how we were doing and their guidance throughout the process has been sincere and supportive. She has supported me through a very difficult time with kindness and patience and a sense of humour which has been very necessary at times! She is always professional and her knowledge from working in a Solicitors has been invaluable. I would also add thanks to Andrew who has worked on my case when Suzanne is away. I have to say also that Amos sold my property on the first day it went on the market which Rob handled and all the paperwork which followed was prompt and professional. From start to finish Amos have been outstanding. Moving house is stressful and seldom do things go well, however when we did experience problems with buyers, Amos worked miracles to get us back on track and through to completion. The team work very hard, always answer the phone and will always call you back, having been involved with other estate agents during our buying and selling journey, I know for a fact not many estate agents act this way, the customer service they provide is exemplary. The guys were brilliant, they've handled two sales for us now and we couldn't be happier. Rob came round and valued the property, took pictures and got it all on Rightmove etc, Andrew was on point making sure that we had plenty of viewings and made the right decision when it came to accepting offers.
