Hi Robin, I’m sorry you feel let down by us. As a tenant of a property we manage we didn’t realise the electrical issue had not been finished as this was something you had been dealing with direct with the landlord. Now we are aware this is the case we are happy to help resolve the situation. Hope that helps.
