GoogleWhilst renting they were fantastic. But upon leaving beware of the deposit situation. Tried to sting us for the whole deposit .. had to use TDS to correct this
Carol · 25 May 2022
Agent replied · 25 May 2023
A bit disappointed with the Two stars Carol as unfortunately the deposit is out of our hands. We recommended to the owner that most of deposit should be returned but they didn’t agree. It certainly wasn’t our advice or recommendation. The good news is that all our deposits are held by the Tds which are a third party mediation and a figure was agreed acceptable to both.

The team take the stress out of moving, they give you the confidence to relax at what can be, quite a stressful time. Amos Estates have sold my house, every time I’ve moved, over the past twenty odd years. Thank you to everyone at Amos Estates, your help is very much appreciated.

FacebookSuzanne who looks after sales progression was fantastic throughout our sale. What was an extremely stressful and difficult time trying to compete before the stamp duty holiday finished, Suzanne helped push our completion over the line and always responded to emails promptly and was always polite and friendly.
