I found the whole experience very easy, mainly because I was dealing with Joel who I found accommodating, amiable, and above all extremely professional.He helped to find the solutions I was looking for and pointed out the best way to move forward with my property.

I bought my flat with Stirling Ackroyd and they were great, specifically Feroza who took me round my viewings and helped me secure the flat. It took a while to complete (not their fault) and I was always able to go and view and get in for quotes and measurements etc. It made the process really straightforward.

This agency kept my overpaid rent money unfairly since last year (Sep2021), when I asked them to refund my overpaid rent they reply we are investigating your case. They do not have any idea about the documentation and transaction .I instructed a solicitor and have to pay money to get back my overpaid rent. they are dishonest, unreliable

The service I have received from Stirling Ackroyd has been amazing. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. After we had moved in we found some issues and reported it to the property manager, they arranged for someone to come and fix this within a few days.I dont think I will be using another agent going forward.

GoogleOur agent Mathew Shaw as excellent - very good communication, negotiated viewings with our tenants with great diplomacy (they were stating to get understandibly testy after twenty five), efficient, and on the ball - when our original buyers pulled out he moved quickly and re-engaged a buyer who had previously expressed and interest. Overall - restored our faith in estate agents. - couldn't recommend him and the office highly enough

As a tenant renting a property with no hot water at all, and they never provide fix and I literally need to boil water from stove for taking a bath, they are not treating tenant as human being these companies should get closed down immediately, if you are tenant never choose for renting any property managed by this agent
