This review is about an advisor named Sandra Holmes. When someone is genuinely nice, it comes across even in their phone conversations. I have dealt with her for over a year now, and every conversation ends well. She has always kept her word and professionalism and she also has a sense of humour. Good communication and honest updates - we bought through Stirling Ackroyd and found the process to be professional and helpful. We dealt with Nick, who would actually let us know where things were (inevitably) going wrong so we could then address them. That was very much appreciated.

Awful awful experience, our solicitor Reyhan Caliskan was terrible to deal with. Had to set aside so much time every day to ring up, be ignored, have my time wasted, just to get her to reply to simple emails. Worst communication and customer service of my life. Avoid at all costs.
