GoogleNot considerate to tenants, zero protection from landlords who want to take advantage. Took us over a year to get half a deposit back. Work feels sloppy, things aren't handed over when people are on holiday so issues drag on, constantly chasing for updates and changes. Very inefficient and sometimes rude. Many errors that lead to us being wrongly charged within our deposit on their end. Would not recommend.

We noticed we had faulty appliances and we contacted our property manager Clive Martin from SA about it. Clive organised a contractor to come identify the problem the next day and the faulty appliances were replaced in no time. Clive was extremely helpful and swift in his actions, which made our life easier in a difficult situation. We find him an excellent manager who is easy to reach and efficient.

Spencer de Jonge has been our main point of contact, so far we are happy with the process.Overall:- Polite when showing us around, not pushy- Good at responding to emails- Did try to get us validated by their own mortgage advisor, but we had no issues when we decided to proceed with our own.

Your clear communication, prompt responses and actions made all the difference. I had lots of worries about detail and asked 101 questions, but Sam always answered clearly and openly, which was reassuring and he was endlessly helpful. GoogleI used the services of Stirling Ackroyd Shoreditch to rent my property. They completed that task within a week of the property being listed. Prior to the tenant moving in I encountered a number of difficulties the most complex being the change of legislation regarding the renewing of a gas safety certificate. This required the flue to be rerouted and fitted with inspection hatches at regular intervals. Tom Barrett the Moving In Manager in Stirling Ackroyd organised all this work to be completed prior to the tenant moving in, along with providing solutions for many other issues that surfaced during the process. I would recommend Tom Barrett very highly as he did not make a drama out of a crisis and resolved the various problems quickly and without fuss. Damien O'Reilly

Seth Branum handled the eventual sale, dealing with every aspect in a kind and calm manner. He is experienced and thorough, and he was always polite and considerate to all parties, even when the process became difficult. Seth was a pleasure to deal with, and I am very grateful that thanks to his commitment and negotiating skills, I achieved a successful sale which both parties were happy with.

GoogleFrom the moment that Stirling Ackroyd listed my Apartment, Matt Powell was a total gem. He communicated with me every single step of the way from the first showing until we Completed. He was thorough, extremely competent, very considerate of all my demands and needs, and most of all he never stopped thinking about what was best for me the Client. He sold my property in the middle of winter in just three weeks and then patiently shepherded it right through to the very end showing far more patience with my buyers very poor choice of Solicitors than I ever could. Matt was always good humoured even when the passage of the Sale was not as smooth as it should have been (thanks to others down the chain) and he never failed to impress me with his complete honesty and integrity. I am indebted to him for his excellent service and wouldn't hesitate for a single second in using him again and recommending him to anyone I know (and don't know) who has a proper to sell in the area. You simply will not be able to get a better service anywhere else

A big thank you to Luke and the team for their professionalism and for making this move stress-free. I don't usually leave google reviews but I wanted to share my experience because I've been so impressed with how quickly and smoothly the process has been carried out. The communication between tenant/agent/landlord has also been great. All in all a really trustworthy organisation. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.

GoogleI want to share the good work of Stirling Ackroyd in getting us new tenants for our property. They have done a great job and the process was very smooth. Many thanks to Kristian Sullings for his great work and for shepherding the process towards completion. I also want to put on the record the exemplary service provided by Luke Kelly who was a huge help in getting the flat ready on the eve of occupancy. Only Luke and I will ever truly know the last-minute work he did and for that I am grateful - he is a customer-centred, outcome-driven person who is an asset to Stirling Ackroyd! They promise one thing on the phone but do another via email, leading to confusion. The agents are rude and arrogant, showing no respect. They also use manipulative tactics to push buyers into overpaying. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Stirling Ackroyd!!!

Stirling Ackroyd were very patient and thorough during the sale of my flat. I found that everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous at all times too. It was a challenging task to sell my flat during a pandemic, but they gave me great advice the entire time and really helped guide me through the process. Special mention to Sam Currie for going the extra mile for me too!

I've been renting my flat through Stirling Ackroyd for the past 4 years, James Banister is the managing agent of the flat and I can highly recommend him. He promptly responds to all my emails about issues I may have with the flat (e.g. hot water or boiler related) and every single time he has sent maintenance to fix any issues as soon as possible. I can always rely on James.

Am very sad that trust pilot doesn’t allow me to put 0 stars. 1 is far far too generous, and frankly it’s offensive to businesses who have worked hard to earn their 1 star out of 5. In any case, DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS - THEY ARE ALL FAKE.I wrote another review a while ago that they tried to have taken down (and somehow it’s miraculously disappeared now). They fill these pages with fake reviews and petition to get all the bad ones taken down. Maybe if they spent less time combatting people’s genuine anger and disgust with their service and more time actually doing their jobs this complete and utter shitshow of a company wouldn’t be receiving reviews like this one.I’ve lived in my property for 9 months now. On Day 1 check-in we noticed the kitchen tap was broken. It’s 9 months later, the tap still doesn’t work. How is it even possible to be that incompetent and to have that little regard for your customers? Stirling Ackroyd you should hang your collective heads in shame. If you want this review to be taken down, fix my goddamn tap!!
