TrustpilotIftakhar Khan
Iftakhar KhanSenior Commercial & Land SurveyorStirling Ackroyd ShoreditchIftakhar is a very professional surveyor. He came to my shop property to discuss my requirements and made suggestions before actual work is done. This is my first time selling so I solely needed his advice. In the end and after long period of waiting, after his very supportive attitude, I sold my shop. Thank you very much Iftakhar.

Taija and Chelsea delivered what they promised. We had a lot of viewings to let our property and managed to get a tenant that paid a good monthly fee. We were happy with the outcome. The one and only issue was the receipt of money. The tenants moved in on the Tuesday and we didn't receive the money until the following Monday. The timing of the tenants moving in and the receipt of money could have been handled a lot better.

TrustpilotRenewal letting of my property
Abhijit Gooptu (Abby) (56 Borough High Street office) did an excellent job regarding the renewal of my flat contacting me well in advance and managed to get a deal that suits me fine and must have worked well for the tenants too. I am very pleased the way Abby and of course Stirling Ackroyd as a whole worked on my behalf.Thank you very much.

Alpha was completely professional at all stages of purchase and proved himself to be an excellent go-between when dealing with the vendor. I’d recommend SA and Alpha in particular.

GoogleMatthew was great at communicating and was always up to date with progress on our flat purchase. We felt he was totally honest and that Stirling Ackroyd dealt fairly with the multiple offer situation. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided good recommendations for solicitors and building contractors.

GoogleMy review is not about the company, but above one of the professionals working there - Harry. Really proactive, very keen to help me finding something aligned to my requirements, always available, great advisor, etc. Even though we couldn't find the right property, I will still keep his contact for the future.PositiveProfessionalism

TrustpilotPro-active when dealing with issues for our family property portfolio
Rebecca Heslam at Stirling manages a number of properties for my Father and I. She is always pro-active and removes a lot of stress from our shoulders. She is forthcoming with any repairs, insurance claims or tenant issues. She always handles sensitive issues calmly and with experience. Thank you for all your help Rebecca and I would recommend Stirling to any other landlords as they have provided a first class service when managing our property portfolio. My only issue is getting hold of Rebecca over the phone as she is so busy!

TrustpilotHousing experience
Mr. Casini vikram is a very kind and down to earth individual. Even though I was being a little bit different he found a way to calm me down. By bringing me some really good options. This facility must be honoured to have a personel like Vikram because he is amazing. Now all I’ll be looking up too is the options he provided for me and I hope I get a place of my own😊

TrustpilotThe review is for Townends (now Stirling Ackroyd)
The review is for Townends, which Stirling Ackroyd took over. After I moved out, 5 months passed and I am still unable to get my deposit. The level of engagement from the team was abysmal. I raised the dispute with the ADR and getting ready to take the matter to the court. An update as of May 2022After 6 long months I was able to get my deposit via the adjudicator at the Dispute service. Throughout the process Stirling Ackroyd never engaged with the adjudicator nor provided any evidences. I warn tenants to stay a as from this agency.

TrustpilotGratified to have Jessica as my property manager
Moving to a new flat, you might have felt the same frustration I had while staring at the complicated boiling system wondering how’s the programming work, which valve should be opened which should remain intact…or browsing Amazon for hours to find that missing pole on the curtain bar to match the other one or get the bathroom fan fixed while it’s mounted inside the vent and the ceiling height’s 9.2ft etc…I was there not long ago when I first moved to my new flat and can’t say how appreciative I am for Ms Jessica Okonkwo’s welcoming support…Just saying if your property manager is Jessica, rest assured that your property's in capable professional hands.
