GoogleOverall disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of support. They are the biggest agency in the UK and this is exactly how they make money; by taking advantage of their own customers. I would not trust them again.

Their Lettings department leaves a lot to be desired. Nice people (when you can get hold of them) but totally ineffective. Have had to wait several days/weeks for simple issues to be fixed over the past two and a half years.
